How it works
You decide the budget based on what you would have invested in an employee.
That budget is averaged monthly through the year to track progress. Each month you only pay for what you use, allowing you to do more in some months and less in others, with the aim to hit the full year budget.
A typical Virtual BI service will range from 50 – 150 hours per month.
During the month any of our services can be called upon as required. For example; one of our BA’s is used to scope a project, an ETL developer is used to extract and store new data, a Power BI developer changes, updates or creates new reports. A Project Manager will oversee, setup tasks and deliver status updates to the client detailing work progress and deliverables and how many hours have been used each month.
